1. How do I make a purchase?

Making a purchase is very simple. Click on an item you would like to purchase and click on the “add to cart” button. You can now decide whether you would like to continue shopping, or proceed to checkout. You can view your shopping cart at any time during your shopping visit. While in your shopping cart, you can view items, change the quantities, and delete items. Once you proceed to check out you will be asked to log in or create an account.

2. Do I need to log in to make a purchase?

Yes. You can create an account at any time prior to making a purchase. If you have proceeded to the checkout, and do not currently have an account with e-cessorized.com, you will be asked to do so at this time.

3. How soon will I get my order and how much will it cost?

Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of receipt of the order. The shipping charges will automatically compute prior to the completion of your order. Shipping costs will vary depending on the total value of your order. Delivery within Canada will generally be between 1-5 business days using Fed Ex Express Ground Service. Out-of country shipments or those to remote locations within Canada may take longer than 5 days.

4. Can I track my order?

Once you have proceeded through the checkout, you can log in at any time to see the status of your order. The status of your order will appear as” pending” for a maximum of 2 business days. After that, the status will change to “processing”. This means that your order has been processed and packed. Following this the status will change to “shipped” and this means the order has now been shipped and should be on its way!

5. Can I add an item after I have completed my order online?

No. It is important to make sure you have added all the items to your shopping cart before you proceed to checkout. Once you complete the checkout process, your order has been processed on your credit card, and cannot be changed. If you decide to purchase an additional item at this point, you must do it as a separate order.

6. How do I return or exchange an item?

If you are not fully satisfied with your order for any reason, please follow the guidelines under our Shipping and Returns Policy page.

7. Is my personal information kept private?

All of your information is kept confidential and secure. Please see our Privacy Notice located on the menu bar on the lower left hand side of the screen. It provides a full and accurate guide to your privacy, the collection and use of information, transaction security, and cookies.

8. Can my purchase be gift wrapped?

We package all of our items in durable outside boxes to ensure that they will be delivered safely. All items inside arrive in beautifully-patterned boxes or bags which would be perfect for gift-giving…even if it’s just for giving a little gift to yourself!

9. What if I need extra help or advice about my purchase?

10. How will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped through Fed Ex Express ground service.

11. How does the fashion avatar work?

The e-cessorized.com fashion avatar ("e-vatar") application has been developed so that you can actually view the accessories on your own e-vatar before purchasing them. This makes it easier to put accessories together, be creative, and have the option of viewing them before committing to purchase! You can either use the standard e-vatar provided or you can create your own.

12. What is the difference between a set and a group?

To make purchasing more convenient for our clients we sell many of our jewellery items in sets. A set consists of two to three items that match or can be worn together. A group, may contain a set, as well as a number of other fully co-ordinated and matched items that belong together. Although an individual might not wear all items of the group at the same time, purchasing a group ensures that all items within the group can be worn together or in any combination as we ensure that they are perfectly color and style-matched if they are placed in groups.
