  1. How do I make a purchase?

 Making a purchase is very simple. Click on an item you would like to purchase and click on the “add to cart” button. You can now decide whether you would like to continue shopping, or proceed to checkout. You can view your shopping cart at any time during your shopping visit. While in your shopping cart, you can view items, change the quantities, and delete items. Once you proceed to check-out you may create an account, log in to an existing account or checkout as a guest.

 

  1. Do I need to log in to make a purchase?

No.  You can make a purchase without creating an account, however, you can create an account at any time prior to making a purchase as well if desired.  Either way, we’re happy to have you as a client!

 

  1. How soon will I get my order and how much will it cost?

 Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of receipt of the order. The shipping charges will automatically compute prior to the completion of your order. Shipping costs will vary depending on the total value of your order. Delivery within Canada will generally be between 3-5 business days using Canada Post. Out-of country shipments or those to remote locations within Canada may take longer than 5 days.

 

  1. Can I add an item after I have completed my order online?

 No. It is important to make sure you have added all the items to your shopping cart before you proceed to checkout. Once you complete the checkout process, your order has been processed on your credit card, and cannot be changed. However, if you decide to purchase an additional item at this point, you can  certainly create an additional order.

 

  1. How do I return or exchange an item?

 If you are not fully satisfied with your order for any reason, you have 30 days to return it.  The product must be unworn and in it's original packaging.  Just send us an email and we'll send you instructions on how to send it back.  Shipping costs on returns will be paid by the purchaser unless the product was defective or an incorrect item was shipped.

 

  1. Is my personal information kept private?

 All of your information is kept confidential and secure. Please see our Privacy Notice located on the menu bar on the lower left hand side of the screen. It provides a full and accurate guide to your privacy, the collection and use of information, transaction security, and cookies.

 

  1. Can my purchase be gift wrapped?

 Guess what?? They already are!!  In fact, all items arrive in beautifully-patterned boxes or bags which are perfect for gift-giving…even if it’s just for giving a little gift to yourself! But...for protection, we also package all of our items in durable outside packaging to ensure that they will be delivered safely. 

 

  1. What if I need extra help or advice about my purchase?

All orders are shipped immediately via postal service and will arrive shortly…perfectly packaged and ready to wear!

  

10. What is the difference between a set and a group?

To make purchasing more convenient for our clients we sell many of our jewelry items in sets. A set consists of two to three items that match or can be worn together. A group, may contain a set, as well as a number of other fully coordinated and matched items that belong together. Although an individual might not wear all items of the group at the same time, purchasing a group ensures that all items within the group can be worn together or in any combination as we ensure that they are perfectly color and style-matched if they are placed in groups.
